Truth

There is something I just love about truth, and that is that whatever level we teach or understand gospel principles on, the spirit can bear witness to us of their truth. Let me explain what I mean;

On Saturday, our family had an Easter Brunch. The kids did a little craft, we hid and found Easter eggs, and Tom took just a minute (because that's about as long as they'll hold still) to talk to our grandchildren about the ressurection. He had talked to 4 year old Kelsie ahead of time and the two of them did a demonstration where she stood straight and tall in front of him and he pretended to pull her spirit out of her. As he did, Kelsie slumped to the floor like she were dead. She was perfect in her role and we all snickered at Tom's creativity, but as he "put the spirit back into her body" and she rose up again, the Holy Ghost was there to bear witness of the reality of the ressurection.
